Brent Scaffold Boards Ltd. are a well established family run business that has been a major supplier and manufacturer of timber scaffold boards and system battens to the scaffolding and construction industry since 1992. The company operate from a 10 acre site in Yorkshire with good links to the East Coast Ports and the Motorway networks.
We offer a comprehensive range of grades and services which include:
- 38x225mm - Lengths - 0.6mt - 3.9mt.
- BSI Kitemarked specification to BS2482:2009 - Visually/Machine strength graded - 1.2 & 1.5mt support centres.
- 63x225mm - Lengths - 8ft, 6ft , 4ft - Precision sawn to length.
- System Battens - Kwikstage/Cuplok.
- Kiln Dried Scaffold Boards available on request.
- Export – Container loading facility on site.
Additionally we offer:
- Personalised end banding.
- Branding 6 times per board, 3 each edge.
- Nail plating.
- Fire retardant treatments to Euro class B.
- Sole pads.
We employ only qualified and fully trained graders in the manufacturing process and these are regularly assessed by BSI quality assurance services.
Significant investment has recently been introduced into the company, this represents 100% commitment to the future success of Brent Scaffold Boards Ltd. A second MPC Micromatic stress grading line has been installed, pushing up output of machine strength graded boards to 40,000 per week.
The company now operates 5 fully automatic endbanding machines pushing production up to 45,000 banded boards per week.
All timber supplied by Brent Scaffold Boards is PEFC Certified.
